This Is All About Buying My Art

I've been working meticulously over the past few days to update my website's store, making it easier for you to purchase art online. One of the biggest challenges I've faced with online orders has been pricing due to the variations in size. Without everything packed, weighed, and measured, it became difficult to set accurate prices. This is why, for the past year, I've only listed small cards and prints—because I have a clear understanding of their packaging and weight.

As a one-person operation running Nomadical from my home, I don't have employees to help navigate these complexities. While I’m not at the stage of needing additional staff, my partner is always willing to lend a hand when I ask.

I wanted to find a way to get my prints to you without cluttering my small house with inventory, while also making my art accessible to people around the globe. All of my giclée prints are produced by FinerWorks in San Antonio, Texas. Their superior quality and careful packaging for shipping were key factors in my decision to partner with them.

Last Friday, while uploading a new design, I discovered an option to create a virtual gallery that allows for print ordering. This feature enables me to showcase specific variations of my prints, including framed options. I immediately signed up and began building my gallery. Currently, I have 33 artworks listed, with more to come. These 33 pieces are open edition prints, each available in four purchase options: small or large prints, both offered as framed or unframed. You can find my gallery here, GeoGalleries

As for the store on my website, I've decided to utilize it for selling apparel, overstock and closeout items, as well as my traditional art. By “traditional,” I mean artwork created without the aid of a computer or digital pencil. Currently, I have a selection of printmaking pieces listed.

All of the cards listed are closeout items. After careful consideration of print quality and efficiency, I’ve decided to focus primarily on archival paper prints for my products. You’ll still have the option to purchase smaller sizes similar to those of my cards; they will simply be printed on higher-quality paper.

I leave you now with my newest design that is just in time for Halloween. My famous t-shirt design of the Grim Reaper in the iconic Marilyn Monroe pose has finally made it on to a proper print. You can buy it here,, Dead Sexy Grim Reaper Print
